One of the major changes to my life has been the self empowerment work I have been doing. It has desensitised my old childhood trauma associated with performance anxiety. I am now able to sing with much more confidence and am relying less and less on “outside of me” support.

Inner self dialogue has helped me identify what is going on inside me when the old panic sets in. I can balance the panic with grown up parts of myself which I’ve become more familiar with since working with the coloured wheel.

Balancing my inner selves in my inner village  and  my old childhood core beliefs, has given me hope where there was literary none before (my unbalanced  core belief was I’m hopeless!) I’m learning to love myself as I am and to love and care for my inner child unconditionally.

My boundaries have strengthened which allows my authentic self  to emerge instead of merging into people around me. I have found the power within I thought I did not have. I feel I can explore my inner world, find the strength within and look at the world without the fear. Thank you for a  life-changing process.

Identifying my unbalanced core beliefs and  discovering I have the ability to balance them is very empowering for me. I am amazed at the sense of power in me just knowing I have a choice!

I have stopped letting my childhood history rule my life. I am discovering how to create my world the way I want it to be. I am a lot more confident and more successful in my daily life.

* * * * * * * * * *

I have learnt that my thoughts control my destiny – especially my ‘self-talk’.  Today, I have an inner circle of friends full of positive, encouraging people who make my dreams ‘leap’ and I’ve ditched the negative, critical ones.

I now have the insight to see my old past patterns occurring far earlier than I ever have before, both in other people and in myself.

For this one skill alone, I am very grateful.

I am more self aware about my triggers and patterns. I am more alert when I meet potential partners

I am more willing to take risks

I have greater self confidence in my abilities

I am not afraid to be alone

I’m a far better listener

I speak from my heart and life experiences and am more authentically ME

When grief overtakes me, I am now, as a grown-up, able to nurture my inner child. Through personal awareness  I have learned to  identify my old  core beliefs and my old rules. I have equipped myself with the skills to overcome grief and  my deeper feelings of loss. I am better  able to nurture my inner child through the pain while I  allow my grown-up self to do the work.

With my sense of personal power  has come  understanding, empathy and acceptance about myself.  I now have within me the  tools to  overcome my deepest feelings of loss, in a much shorter period of time.

* * * * * * * * * *

I am making some powerful changes especially at work.  Now I can  identify more clearly what it was in me that has held me back, but at the same time, what it is in me that helps me make positive things happen and get things done.

I am tapping into my natural and strong skills, my creativity, intuition, empathy and insight.  I am focusing on incorporating these attributes of personal power into my work, balanced with a healthy dose of caution, and for  the first time in my working life, I am enjoying the experience.

I am now freed from doubting my self, my abilities, my worthiness. I feel assured, confident, at peace with myself and others,
I have peace of mind, a feeling of serenity, freed from worry . . . .

”You always, never . . . .” no longer work, Instant recognition, I’m pleased that I respond with rejection of the claims, even derision at the attempt to put me down.

I even feel sorry for the one attempting to feel better by making me feel worse. I now feel “I’m OK, I am no longer powerless, I have my own power, no longer wasting time in self-doubt. I’ve stopped looking back so much, free now to look forward to even more growth and awareness and maturity . . . I love my neighbour and everyone else.

“I am more alert to manipulation whether conscious or unconscious on the other person’s part. I just have a sense of valuing myself more and of my grown up self being in control far more often.This is reflected in my behaviour towards myself and others.

Negative self talk happens less often, and there is more self nurturing, such as asking little N....what she would like to do. I often dialogue with little N.... and she loves her safe place. My thinking is less black and white and now has subtleties. Generally I am a less volatile person and my relationships have improved.”

* * * * * * * * * *

Since I’ve been working on making much needed changes in my life I’ve been able to consistently recognise times when my ‘PYRO’ self has been trying to run both my personal and creative psyche.  It’s been very empowering to call in my ‘blue WING’ .....  the ‘real authentic me’ who looks after me and has re-established a priority where I am consciously balancing my own needs with those of other people.

* * * * * * * * * *

My creativity is now starting to blossom once again, and my personal psyche is regaining the strength that my ‘PYRO’ self had allowed to drain for too many years.  I plan to continue with the work as part of my life.
